NDIS Community Connectors

NDIS Community Connectors work collaboratively with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to raise awareness about the NDIS and provide cultural and linguistic support to NDIS participants to:

• Build connections between community members and NDIS service teams
• Provide education and awareness about the NDIS to community members
• Help existing NDIS participants understand and implement plan supports; and
• Support people with disabilities test their eligibility for the scheme.
